As far as You have found Your QSO(s) in Log on-line, You have 3 options to obtain your QSL(s) confirmation:
1st option – to require Your QSL(s) via Bureau, please, fulfil the form below and Send the message to QSL manager, who will proceed with sending of QSL(s) to You via Bureau (Your QSL(s) is/are NOT needed)
2nd option – to send Your Direct request to the address below with necessary return postage coverage (IMPORTANT: ONLY NEW IRCs are allowed, if you send OLD ones (expired 31 Dec 2009), the return QSL(s) to You will be sent via Bureau).Eugene Shelkanovtcev
